In this workshop, we will break down common misconceptions about networking and why we all tend to find the whole process a bit icky. HOW TO BE A LEADER (WITHOUT MANAGING PEOPLE)

In this workshop, we myth bust the common misconception that in order to be a leader at work, you have to be a manager or manage a team. In a relatable and authentic dialogue, we walk through the 6 ways that they can show up as leaders in their teams and in their own lives. This interactive session takes your team through different styles of leadership and guides them through how to start taking action today in beginning to implement leadership behaviours.

  • Each workshop is 45 mins in length with an additional 15 mins held for Q&A.

    Workshops can also be combined into ½ day learning programs.

  • Workshops can be delivered online via Zoom or Teams or in person in your offices or at your event.

    Each workshop can be booked as a one-off session or together as a learning program (if booking multiple sessions, you will be eligible for a 20% discount for bulk bookings).

  • Each workshop is designed with an early careers audience in mind. The language and examples used are hand picked to land with your team. You can expect each session to include interactive activities, individual reflection and action-driven implementation of ideas so that your team can take the content and start improving their performance straight away.

  • Packages start from £500. We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • The goal of each workshop is that every participant leaves the session with at least one thing that they can do differently when they go to work on Monday. To support this, every learning point is broken down from high level concept through to in "what is the first step you can take?". This structure is designed to encourage participants to take action immediately and feel empowered to apply the concepts explored from the moment they leave the room.
