Hi I’m Caroline, I’m a career coach and I specialise in helping people in their 20s and 30s TO FEEL IN CONTROL OF THEIR CAREERS.

What Happens Now® is my mission to create spaces where young professionals feel supported and empowered to take control of their career development.

Because if I'm going to be really honest here, I simply do not believe that career development support, career coaching and internal training should be reserved for the SLT and C-Suite. In fact, it's quite the opposite. I believe that providing specialist support for young professionals at the start of their careers, delivered in a way that resonates and relates to them is the key to future proofing organisations and creating happier careers for the next generation of our workforce.

I deliver specialist career development for young professionals in three ways:

- 1:1 career coaching with young professionals who want to feel in control of their careers

- Delivering relatable, no nonsense early careers workshops for organisations who want their young professionals to feel seen and supported support

- Digital careers resources to give young professionals access to practical tools when they need it most

The work of What Happens Now® across these three areas aims to set young professionals up for success in their professional lives by giving them the support that they need, when they need it.

Alongside this, I am a member of the Career Development Institute and on the UK Register of Career Development Professionals. I create career content and have a community of have over 50k followers across Tiktok and Instagram. I also work as a key note speaker and expert commentator in UK media publications including Stylist, Newsweek and at events such as The London Job Show.
